Being able to handle your emotions productively is a non-negotiable for all individuals who want to meet their true potential. 

 

It isn't easy, but bringing awareness to areas of emotional maturity allows us to continue to improve in these areas. 

 

Nobody is a finished product. Continue to put in the work and improve. It will pay dividends. 

 

Here are 20 signs of emotional maturity:

1. An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.  

2. Frequent attacks of smiling.

3. Frequent feelings of being connected with others.

4. Gaining the ability to love others without expecting anything in return.

5. A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than from fears based on past experience.
