(Creator of Bridge to Performance)
Some of Dave's Story...

Working With Elite Athletes
Dave has worked with top amateur & professional athletes and is currently a Peak Performance Coach for the Seattle Mariners. Most of his work centers around dealing with failure, handling pressure, building healthy routines, and developing mental toughness.

Working with Elite Businesses
Dave has had the opportunity to work with business professionals around the world in the form of speaking, consulting and one on one coaching. He first developed his passion for consulting in 2009 while doing a six week consulting project for Valvoline in their European headquarters.

Seattle Mariners Peak Performance
Dave is going into his 5th season with the Seattle Mariners as a Peak Performance Coach. He conducts mental skills group presentations for players and staff as well as one on one sessions... in both English and Spanish.

Further Education: MBA & MS in Psychology
After a few years in the "real world" Dave headed back to Miami University (OH) to earn his MBA while interning at a Venture Capital company. Over 10 years later, his passion for teaching mental skills led him to complete his MS in Psychology.

Entrepreneur & Business Owner
After multiple side hustles Dave created Next Level Ballplayer, a content creation company that specialized in exclusive interviews. After eight years, he was ready for a new adventure and sold the business.

Media Appearances
Over the years, Dave has been written about by Sports Illustrated, a guest on multiple ESPN radio shows and featured on a variety of podcasts... He also once made an appearance on the Australian Travel TV Show "Getaway" while in Greece with his wife.
