Want to Build Better Habits and Stop Bad Ones?

There was a study done that offered rats the choice between cocaine and food.
The rats initially chose food, but unsurprisingly, after trying cocaine, they chose cocaine over food every time.
When rats hooked on cocaine were housed with other rats they reverted back to choosing food over cocaine.
If you feel stuck in bad habits, a good community can really help get you back on a good track.
It's easy to feel like we are all alone in our struggles, but when we let others in, it becomes easier to see things for what they are.
Whether it's through a teammate or friend, finding accountability is a great way to shift your habits from harmful to productive.
Community makes us better. Make sure you have it.
